Linda and I are taking this week to get away and celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. We spent several hours today sitting in the sun around a pool, reading.
This past weekend one of our Redeemer family members gave me the gift of Michael Brown's book The Real Kosher Jesus: Revealing the mysteries of the hidden Messiah. I read 70 pages today. It is excellent! Brown is one of our greatest Jesus-scholars.
