I've been following the Supreme Court's discussion on same-sex marriage today, even reading the brief. The justices are slowing down the snowball, and rightly so. They are legal scholars. This issue is, for them,
about the Law. That's good. They know (it looks like to me) that it is not their role to redefine "marriage." Commonsense legal logic is now happening instead of wild boar-rushing into legal nonsense and its societal ramifications.
